OK, you are officially a dirty old man. You get to pass curmudginly, and go right on through lecherous, straight to the big D.O.M.

As for abodes..two on Van Ness, just south of Phred's. Both houses, one rents for $1300/month which includes the gardener.

Two other long-term possibilities..would you consider acting as a live-in manager?

Women's golf...HA!...now Women's Curling..that rocks!...ahhhahhhahhahhhahahahahhhahahahahahahhhaaaahahahah

PS Post-Rogue Scotch-Off..evil wicked nasty fun...

Someone I know has a triplex that they are renovating (so they say) as soon as it stops raining, etc. New carpets, appliances, etc.

If their son (college student at CSUF) does not want the job of live-in manager (i.e. taking care of the other too units) they said they might consider someone else. I did not push it, but this might be a reasonable deal.

I have no idea what kind of financial arrangements they would have in mind, nor what kind of shape the place is in. I wanted to find out if you would be interested at all before I began looking at this more closely.

They would probably need someone on-site starting in late May, or early March.

yup, definately going at the booze hutch. does walt know about this new habit?
yeah, find out. as long as it's a part-time gig it could work. i know that a lot of manager deals tend to be full-time fix-it jobs. maybe this one isn't.
